White Barn Inn is Hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor (Kennebunk, ME) Near Kennebunk, ME
Core Responsibilities

Assist in assigning the daily room and public areas schedule for the Housekeepers.

Inspect guest rooms and common areas as they are cleaned ensuring adherence with White Barn Inn and Forbes standards.

Assist with turndown service and cleaning guest rooms.

Have open communication with maintenance and Front Office to ensure seamless service for the guest's arrival.

Complete all Housekeeping duties as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous hospitality experience, preferably in a luxury or Forbes property.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays according to department needs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to to stand for at least 8 hours
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 35 pounds
